Indulge in the Plantation Pineapple Rum, a nod to Charles Dickens' Reverend Stiggins from Pickwick Papers. Crafted by Alexandre Gabriel and David Wondrich, this rum captures the essence of sun-ripened Queen Victoria pineapples. The process begins with a week-long infusion of pineapple rinds in white rum, followed by a three-month soak of pineapple fruit in dark rum. These elements are blended and aged for an additional three months in casks, yielding a rich, tropical flavour. Expect vibrant pineapple notes mingled with hints of banana, citrus, spice, and a whisper of smoke. Perfectly suited for an unforgettable sip.
