To Report a Faulty Bottle
If a order is faulty or not as expected, please contact us to resolve the issue.
This promise applies to wines or spirits you have purchased recently as well as wines or spirits bought and stored in bond from House of Decant, provided they are within the recommended drinking date and have been stored in suitable conditions. We reserve the right not to apply the promise if we believe the client is making excessive requests for refunds.

What Sort of Problems Should I Report?
If the order is faulty, If the wine is corked, oxidised, or otherwise out of condition, and it is still within the recommended drinking date and has been stored properly, we will arrange a refund, voucher, or replacement of the faulty bottle(s) where appropriate. We reserve the right to collect faulty bottles for inspection, so please retain them initially.
