Monin Agave Syrup

Monin have been making syrups in France since 1912, and their agave is the one to reach for when you're mixing with tequila or mezcal. It's a clean, natural sweetener drawn from the agave plant — the same family as the spirit — so it rounds out a drink without leaving that sugary edge.
The clever part is that it dissolves straight into a cold shaker, with none of the fuss of making your own simple syrup. A dash sweetens and softens, letting the agave spirit do the talking.
This is a bar essential if you take your margaritas seriously, and it comes into its own in a Paloma or a Tommy's Margarita, where you want the flavour of the agave rather than triple sec. Just as good over ice with soda and lime for something long and low-key.
How to Use
Start with about 15ml and adjust to taste. Keep it in the cupboard; once opened, refrigerate and it'll keep for months.
