Through its commitment to sustainable viticulture in the Champagne vineyards, and through each of its Cuvées, the House has built its success around 3 unique savoir-faire: blending reserve wines, maceration and non-dosage.
Drawn from a single harvest and aged patiently in the Laurent-Perrier cellars, this is a more structured, layered expression of the house style. There’s bright citrus and white stone fruit at first, followed by toasted brioche, roasted nuts and a long, chalky finish that keeps everything feeling poised rather than heavy.
Still unmistakably Laurent-Perrier, elegant, precise and beautifully balanced, but with a little more depth and occasion to it. The sort of bottle that belongs on a proper table, somewhere between the first oysters and the moment someone orders another bottle “for safety”.
