Raised in Hong Kong, trained in Michelin kitchens, and mentored by Rioja legend Abel Mendoza, she brings a worldly, quietly radical touch to everything she does. “Chiguita” Blanco 2023 is a blend of Viura, Tempranillo Blanco and Garnacha Blanca, sourced from high-altitude bush vines in the Najerilla Valley and Sonsierra. Whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented, and matured on fine lees in French oak, the result is textured, savoury and fresh, with notes of citrus, fennel, white apricot and flinty minerality.
