Fee Brothers Orange Cocktail Bitters 15cl
18+, T&C apply, Credit subject to status.
Another from Fee Brothers of Rochester, New York, family-run since 1863: this is their orange expression, built on bittersweet dried orange peel over a gentle spice base. Brighter and more citrus-forward than an aromatic bitters, it adds lift and aromatic top notes rather than depth.
Orange bitters are the classic finishing touch on stirred, spirit-led drinks. A dash or two sharpens a Martini - especially a gin one - and they are all but obligatory in a proper Negroni. They earn their place in a Champagne cocktail too, where the citrus reads against the bubbles. Plenty of bartenders keep both aromatic and orange bitters on the shelf and reach across the two depending on the drink.
How to Use
1-2 dashes per drink, stirred in at the build. Store upright at room temperature, out of direct light. Supplied in a 15cl dasher bottle.
Cocktails to Try
Dry Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned.
