Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Cocktail Bitters 15cl

Fee Brothers - the Rochester, New York family firm bottling bitters since 1863 - makes this as its house aromatic, the workhorse dashing bitters that lives within arm's reach of any back bar. The profile leans warm and spiced: clove, cinnamon, a touch of anise and a bittering backbone of gentian, sitting closer to a baking-spice register than the sharper medicinal edge of some rivals.
Aromatic bitters are seasoning, not a mixer. A couple of dashes pull a spirit-forward drink together, adding depth and a dry finish without any real sweetness or dilution. Use them to build an Old Fashioned from the glass up, or to give a Manhattan its backbone.
How to Use
2-3 dashes per drink, stirred through. A 15cl dasher-top bottle goes a very long way. Store upright somewhere cool and dark; no need to chill.
Cocktails to Try
Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Sazerac.
