We hosted a small group for a night with Casa Dragones, starting with a proper margarita. Bright, balanced, exactly what it should be.

Then four Casa Dragones pours, led by Sandra Chollet. She’s hosted tastings and masterclasses all over the world, and brings clear, confident insight into what’s in the glass and why it matters.

Each tequila came with a considered pairing, simple, well put together, and there to support rather than compete.

The rest followed naturally. Good conversation, a few favourites emerging, people circling back to certain pours.
