Master The Perfect Martini Members
The Martini is the hardest simple drink there is. Two ingredients, sometimes three, and nowhere to hide. Which is exactly why getting one right feels so good.
You'll work through the decisions that actually change the glass: gin or vodka, and which bottle; how much vermouth, and why the one open in your fridge matters more than the spirit does; stirred against shaken, and what each does to texture and dilution; how cold the glass needs to be. Twist or olive comes last, and it matters more than people think. Then you make your own, taste it against the alternatives, and adjust until it's the Martini you actually want rather than the one a recipe told you to make.
Come knowing nothing, or come with strong opinions already formed. Both work. You'll leave able to build a properly good Martini at home with whatever you have in the cupboard.
