Cygnet Infinity Non-Alcoholic Spirit 70cl
Award-winning Cygnet Infinity is the distillery’s answer to those seeking the ritual of a sophisticated drink with functional intrigue, without the alcohol. Crafted using the same process as Cygnet 22 and featuring its signature 22 botanicals, including Manuka honey, Cygnet Infinity is enhanced with a symphony of functional botanicals and adaptogens, including Lion’s Mane, Siberian Ginseng, and Schisandra Berry, adding depth and complexity. The result is a truly luxurious standalone spirit alternative, elevating the social experience for those choosing not to drink or seeking a more considered approach to alcohol.
The challenge with any non-alcoholic spirit is body and length, since alcohol usually carries both, and Infinity leans on botanical intensity to fill that gap.
The Nose: Aromatic journey of delicate floral and earthy notes from Chrysanthemum, accompanied by Hibiscus and Rosehip
Palate: Schisandra offers its distinctive “five-flavour” profile. Bright hibiscus, citrusy flavours from grapefruit, bold earthy notes from Siberian ginseng, whole lion’s mane and juniper
Finish: Lingering fresh finish of Siberian ginseng and Capsaicum, creating a soft yet peppery, moreish finish.
How to Serve
60ml of Cygnet Infinity poured over ice in a tumbler with a splash of premium soda, garnished with a wedge of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
Alternatively, enjoy it neat, with 60ml’s of Cygnet Infinity chilled in your glass of choice.
