Cygnet 77 Gin 70cl

After establishing itself as an industry innovator, Cygnet further evolved the spirits landscape with the launch of Cygnet 77. Cygnet offers this prestige, award-winning spirit that stands alone: enjoyable neat, balancing sustainability with understated luxury to elevate the everyday.  

Crafted at the same distillery as Cygnet 22, Cygnet 77 harmonises 22 of the finest botanicals, Welsh water forged during the Ice Age, and rare Manuka honey, which then rests for 55 weeks in hand-selected Welsh whisky barrels with additional Manuka honey to build the gin’s rich, nuanced flavour profile. 

This meticulous process evolves the spirit, adding depth, warmth, and a new layer of complexity to the botanical bouquet, ensuring a truly indulgent sipping experience with a velvet-smooth finish. 

The aromatic profile moves through floral top notes into a mid-palate of bold juniper, chamomile, and caramelised Manuka honey notes, complemented by subtle orange flavours. Finished with a full-bodied, silky-smooth texture, the spirit reveals lingering caramel and vanilla notes with subtle oak character imparted by The Welsh Whisky barrels, bringing warmth and complexity. 

Presented in the same hand-blown decanter as Cygnet 22 - evocative of the elegance within. 

How to Serve 

Sipped neat or in a Modern Old Fashioned - 50ml Cygnet 77, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 2.5ml brown sugar syrup or honey syrup
