Sourced from the chalky slopes of Mailly-Champagne, it’s a wine of energy and intent, fine-boned, mineral-led and confidently understated. Expect citrus peel, toasted brioche and a gentle savoury depth, carried on a spine of bright acidity and very fine mousse.
