Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin is the distillery's elevated everyday classic, a clean, juniper-led London Dry style, distilled in the heart of Swansea.
Cygnet Distillery built its name on aromatic balance and botanical-heavy releases, but this elevated classic dry gin expression, is distilled to a more traditional recipe. Where the 22 and 77 radiate complexities, the Welsh Dry keeps things focused, letting juniper lead with citrus and coriander in support.
The nose is crisp and classic, led by pine-fresh juniper. On the palate, waves of bright juniper are complemented by bold citrus notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit, finishing with a subtle warmth of coriander and cardamom to create a soft, moreish finish - an ultra-premium, elevated yet classic gin crafted for the perfect Gin & Tonic.
How to Serve
50ml of Cygnet Welsh Dry topped with premium light tonic water in a highball glass filled with ice, a sprig of rosemary and wedge of grapefruit.
