Blend Your Perfect Sauvignon Blanc

Ever wondered what actually goes into a great Sauvignon Blanc? Here's your chance to find out with your own hands. It's a guided blending session built around one of the world's best-loved white grapes — the crisp, aromatic, gooseberry-and-citrus style that has won so many people over.
You'll taste through component wines, learn how grassy freshness, riper tropical fruit and zippy acidity play off one another, then build a blend that suits your own palate. There's no right answer, which is rather the point. Drink Sauvignon every week or just curious about how winemakers make their calls, either way you'll come out tasting the grape differently.
It makes a genuinely good gift too, for the wine-curious friend who has enough stuff and would rather have an experience.
