"Finalizzato is born on the steep, sunny vineyards of Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, harvested exclusively by hand. This blend of Glera, Perera, Bianchetta, and Verdiso creates a full-bodied, balanced must without chemical adjustments. Only the first 60% of the press is used, extracting the most noble part of the must. Fermentation respects the wine’s natural balance with minimal racking; spumantizzazione uses the wine’s own yeasts without additional inputs. This is an intriguing Prosecco with aromas of pear, citrus, white flowers, and minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury, and balanced with a light structure and pleasant equilibrium."
