Tobermory 17 Year Old Madeira Cask
This 17 year old Tobermory originally is a luxurious single malt. Filled into Ex-Bourbon refill hogsheads in 2003 for initial maturation, before being finished in the finest Madeira casks for a generous 4 years.
With a rich, silky texture and winter warming notes of sticky toffee pudding, sultanas and fruitcake, this is a whisky that is to be enjoyed neat or with the smallest amount of water, and paired with a very nutty cheese.
