The finish is characterized by an intense salty minerallity, a tribute to the calcareous soil. This Crianza is ready for enjoyment now and promises a delightful journey over the next 6 years. Such a beautiful crianza, shy and red-fruited it opens with bright red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, a hint of dill and then expands and becomes a much deeper and more invigorating wine. Full of joy and pleasure. Oak really does not play a forward role here at all.
