Join us at House of Decant for an intimate exploration of The Dalmore Cask Curation Series: The Madeira Wine Cask Edition, created in collaboration with Blandy’s Wine Lodge. Limited to just 150 sets worldwide, the collection brings together three exceptional Highland single malts aged 30, 34 and 45 years. The whiskies were finished in a 2010 Terrantez Madeira pipe, a 2018 Bual Madeira pipe and a 2012 Malvasia Madeira pipe, respectively.
Discover the influence of the cask
Guided by a duo of ambassadors from The Dalmore and Blandy’s Madeira, this exclusive experience explores how three distinct Madeira wine styles and their associated finishing casks shape the character of exceptional Highland single malt whisky.
Taste each whisky alongside a specially selected example of its associated Madeira style: 1986 Cossart Gordon Terrantez, 1976 Blandy Bual and 1981 Blandy Malmsey (Malvasia). These wines illustrate their respective Madeira styles; they are not the actual wines previously held in the casks used to finish the whiskies.
Guests will have the opportunity to enquire privately about acquiring the exceptionally limited Madeira Wine Cask Edition set through House of Decant.
Canapés are served throughout the evening. Strictly limited to 15 guests.
