The Sazerac Whiskey Tasting
Overview
A guided tasting of five iconic American whiskeys. Discover how corn, wheat and rye create some of Kentucky's most celebrated pours.
We'll begin with a Buffalo Trace welcome cocktail before tasting our way through five of the distillery's most celebrated whiskeys: Eagle Rare 10 Year Old, Sazerac Rye, Weller Special Reserve, Weller Full Proof, and Colonel E.H. Taylor.
Along the way, we'll explore how corn, wheat and rye shape each whiskey's character, proving that a simple change in grain can completely transform what's in your glass. Expect familiar favourites, sought-after releases and a few stories worth taking home with you.
Whether you're discovering American whiskey for the first time or finally ticking a few icons off your list, this is an evening of exceptional pours, good company and the sort of knowledge that makes the next bottle you open even more enjoyable.
